"Hey little girl, who cut your hair?"

Well, as much as I would like to blame this 'do (or don't) on a scissor-welding 5 year old, I can't. I am responsible for it!! Reilly wouldn't keep the barrettes in her hair and her bangs were totally out of control AND I couldn't see spending $10.00 on a haircut for her - so I did it myself. Unfortunately, she moved her head at the last second and this is what we got! Luckily, hair grows back and I won't make the same mistake next time. She IS still cute, though!
